The Role:

Super Joe is seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to lead and manage our Compliance and Regulatory strategy. This role involves establishing essential compliance functions for our platform, services, and teams. The Director of Compliance will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to define the strategic direction of the Compliance and Regulatory Function at Super Joe.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial or fintech operations.
• Experience in establishing and managing compliance programs.
• Familiarity with payment regulations, network rules, e-commerce, and AML/KYC/B.
• Senior-level expertise in developing and enforcing controls and policies.
• Certification as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
• Knowledge of money transmitter licensing processes and regulations.
